Husband and I own a property that has an easement right of carriage way thought it, which leads to several weekender blocks.. We live on our property have for many yrs.
Recently one of the blocks was sold n the new owners seem to think the right of carriageway the road is there motor bike track. We have cattle and horses n have asked them to not ride through our property on there motor bikes as it’s our understanding we would be liable if they come off.
Now we are talking about kids ranging from 10 to about 16-17. The bikes are not road registered they wouldn’t hold bike licenses either.
We have been meet by some very aggressive threats police have been called but being rural where we are they don’t turn up for 3 days.
Where would I find something stating what our rights are n what there are they seem to think they have right to ride up n don’t the right of carriage way.
