He guys so I'm building a new house and it's just got underway my block was fairly lvl cut and fill 200mm.. now my neighbours house also got underway at the same time. due to the contour of his block on the side my builder cut down 200mm his builder filled over 1000mm. This means the retaining wall will be well over 1m high who is liable to pay for the retaining wall. I'm assuming he's footing the bill as he built his land up so high to get a lvl block. Any information on this matter will be a great help TIA.
