Hi,

My sister is an Australian Permanent Residency holder and she is in the midst of applying for her Australian Citizenship online. She was granted her Permanent Residency when she was 40 plus.

So there's this question on the ELodgement page that asks about "Since the age of 18, has the applicant lived or travelled outside of Australia?". Is this question applicable to her, or is this question only intended for those who were granted PR before they turned 18?

And the next question is, if it is applicable to her, then they have asked for dates travelled and stayed. So she can't seem to recall all the dates. Was hoping if someone could help us out here.

Thanks.

Can she not look at the contents of her passport?

Dear Mr. Tim,

Thank you for your reply.

Yes she did try looking at her passport to get the dates, unfortunately these days they have the automated system where passports are sometimes not stamped when exiting/entering certain countries. That's the problem.

Hope there is another way around this. Appreciate any other suggestions that you may have.

Thanks
