What if I can prove that my ex-husband ran down the house so the property settlement valuation would be lower and he can pay me out with less money?

My ex is also currently doing this in preparation for the valuation to take place this week. so that's good to know. He is refusing to let me attend to the things that need doing. Hopefully the valuer will take photos as I have photos showing a very different and well cared for property (farm) from before I left.
