My ex partner has willingly signed a Form 1 Transfer to have their name removed from the property title and no money is being exchanged (pursuant to natural love and affection). Do we need to have an additional legal document / agreement drawn up and signed confirming this to lodge with the Form 1 Transfer? This agreement has not been done through Courts / property settlement etc it is just a mutual agreement between ourselves.
