I need help on a brand new car that I purchased. It has had at least 6 major faults and they will not replace or return my money. This was from week 1 of purchase

All 'brand new cars' sold in Australia come with a Manufacturers Warranty (normally between 3 and 7 years). If the 6 major faults are in relation to faulty manufacturing processes, or early failure due to a design fault then the Manufacturer must repair the car free of charge.

If you have not followed servicing requirements as per the Owners Manual, or have been negligent in operating the car (for example driving with a 'low oil' light illuminated), then the Warranty may not cover the fault.

Could you please tell us what sort of 'major faults' you are writing about?
