I've been charged with supply of marijuana through a phone conversation recorded in Feb this year. There was no evidence other than this was produced, and also when the raid was executed, I got charged with possession of approx 2 grams. I have a possession charge for a smaller amount approx 2 years ago that is it.

What penalties can I expect under Queensland criminal law?

I believe both possession and supply of mj carry a max sentence of 15 years prison each unless supply was to a minor or in educational institution in which case its more. Not sure what the average sentence is taking into account your priors though.
