I had some pictures from my husband that he might loose his job if I show them to his employer. During an argument with my husband, I’ve told him that I will give the photos to his employer, so he called police and told the police that I have asked him to give me money to not show the photos to his employer. Then the police asked me to delete all the photos.
Because I didn’t want to get in trouble, I accepted immediately and deleted them. Then the police left but she told us that she has to give a report to the police station in order to explain where she was and then the police never called me again and they didn’t follow up the situation.
So, I want to know, do I have a criminal record now? Or any other type of record in police that might cause problem for me in future? for example if I get a police check would this appear on police check? Can they be still suspected on me? Or can they control my mobile phone?
