Pay Child Support Directly to Son's Account?

I was just wondering if my son was to pay child support for his 3-year-old son - can he put those monies straight into his son's bank account and not have to pay directly to the mother as she already getting lots of support from Centrelink for his son whereas my son gets nothing at the moment?

No. Money is to be paid to the mother. You need to get over the emotional hurt, support your son as he gets over his, and concentrate on what is best for your grandson.
