My partner is from Taiwan and we applied for partner visa last year and we received a email telling us the visa has been denied because we don't have enough evidence to show we are in a relationship, but we sent in all the information they requested. It still wasn't enough for them.
The person who did the review for the visa read the dates we began our relationship wrong and said it was strange that we started our relationship 12 days after our 10-month-old boy was born. We checked our form we sent them and the dates were right so they made the mistake and now we need to pay an extra $1673 to get another review done.
Could we get some help so this don't happen again?
