A car is parked with the front wheels in a parking space and the rear is overhanging a solid yellow line which is across a driveway.
Two questions for the forum please:
1. Is the car legally parked in either area?
2. If there is room in front of the car to park within the car space, can I park there provided my wheels don’t extend into an adjacent bus zone?

You can’t hang over into any prohibited area. There’s nothing in the law that I can find which says it’s where your tyres are that counts.
