VIC Overhead speed signs

Overhead sign is 40 on the M80 .I pass that doing 40 .Then speed up as i can see 100 in the distance. But there is a fixed camera under the overpass before I get to the 100 .What happens in this case ?

you get fined. the 100km zone starts at the 100km sign.
