Hello, I am the burdened owner of a section of Carriageway in NSW. We provide clear access to go, pass and repass at all times. If neighbours are not actually using our section to pass through at that time, what rights do they have in relation to leaving gates open specifically overnight. Presumably for convenience so they dont have to do it when passing through at a later time as it is not particularly convenient to open / close the gate (like all gates).
