I've had a live in carer for the past 12 years and recently decided to go our separate (separation) ways. We never married, never de facto. She wants part of my estate. Is she entitled?

What do you mean by "live in carer" what was the nature of the arrangement? Was there any relationship between you? Was she paid? or was there mixing of finances?
