I co signed for a rental property with my then fiancee, at the time of our broke up she had already been living in the house for a couple weeks and i was yet to move in.
She has refusing to sign to have my name removed off the lease and intends to hold me to said lease for the next 12months.. is there anything i can do to have my name taken off as its preventing me from obtaining resistance and financial issues
