I am representing myself in a matter of stopping on path/strip in built up area (motorcycle - and have had some good feedback from this forum).

My question relates to the Local Court (Sydney Downing Centre) process for this matter.

I have received a written Notice of Listing for Mid November, but it does not say anything about what materials I or the prosecution have to provide prior to hearing date.

I was assuming I would not be required to provide anything but that the prosecution would, prior to hearing, have to provide any evidence they intending to present? Surely I am not expected to attend court with no idea of what will be presented in evidence on the day. By way of background, my defence will rely on the fact that the land on which I parked is private property.

Many thanks in advance for any information that is provided.
