Hi Jonathan Magic
What does your tenancy agreement and/or owners corporation rules say?
Also, were you going to come up with an alternative to you parking in the visitor parking and propose it to your landlord? I imagine the landlord has to ensure that visitor parking isn't taken up by their tenant(s), but kept free for legitimate visitors.
Did the landlord/agent give you a notice to terminate the tenancy with a specified period of time to vacate? The
Tenants NSW site and the
Fair Trading NSW site set out information about tenants rights and how landlords can end your agreement.
