The situation is that recently the neighbour demolished an old boundary fence and rebuilt a new boundary fence encroaching into my property, as confirmed by a surveyor report. I have already sent a fencing notice, but they have refused to rebuild the fence along the correct boundary line.
1. Is this meant to be dealt with in the Magistrate court or the Supreme Court? Because they have now taken some of my land, does this now involve the Supreme Court?
2. Is the Supreme Court significantly more expensive than the Magistrate Court? And by how much?
3. What would a reasonable cost estimate of all legal services be from start of court proceedings to final hearing?
Thank you!
