VIC Intervention Order - Do I Need Consent Letter from Ex?

Hello.

Do I need a consent letter from my ex-partner, to take my child for an overseas holiday if my ex has a current intervention order on him?

I would think so. Does the ex currently see the child?

We are in currently in the family court now, for him to start seeing the child again but there are no orders in place at the moment.
