Please please!!! Could I gain some advice or reference, to the legal obligations for employers sponsoring on the 186 PR visa. I'm currently on the 457 visa , my employer want to know their obligation, if they were to sponsor me for the 186 PR visa. I.E Do they need to provide my medical insurance? what happen if my employment is terminated before the 2 years? I cant find this information anywhere !! or find help to gain this information.
