T's partner organised on the quiet to leave Australia, and returned to his home country, NZ. After numerous times of her trying to be amicable, he has refused to fix their unfinished home, to which he started to renovate under his builder's licence.

T has recently found out his work is of some non-compliance procedure. He has also stated he will not contribute towards child support for their young child. This has been a 4-year relationship. He has left her in financial hardship regarding mortgages rates and credit debts.

Of late, he is returning to Australia in a week but to visit his child...What step should be taken to assure he makes contributions under family law?

Apply to Child Support Agency.

Ignore comments he won't pay and leave that to the Agency to sort out.
