Hi. I worked for a franchise about 7 years ago and was payed all my entitlements when I left I also at the time signed a contract stating that I could not work for another company doing the same stuff for 12 months after I had left at the same time I went to work for the same named company but different area franchise and I did not sign any employment contract. I have being working for them for about 7 years but would like to start my own business. Am I able to?
