Been charged with my 1st drug driving offence. I need my drivers licence for work as I do deliveries. Is there anyway under Traffic Law I can be able to drive during work hours?? If so, do they need clarification from my employer??

I think it was Act #47 can't remember. Only got done yesterday arvo so waiting on my infringement notice.
