Final hearing on a child access issue is still almost a year off but just ahd a couple questions about evidence/affidavits rellied on at final hearing.
While I understand you prepare another affidavit before final hearing and a case outline my question is can all affidavits lodged from beginning of the case be referred to at the final hearing? e.g. can i refer to first affidavit that was lo0dged 2 years before final hearing as well as all subsequent affidavits?
