Hi - I wish to install fence extenders / lattice makers to the top of an existing fence to increase the height. This is because my property is on a slope & from the top I can see into my neighbours backyard. The fence extenders would be attached/fastened on my side of the fence but would sit on top of the fence.

Do I need my neighbours agreements before I can install them?

Thanks

Yes. A fence is joint property.
