VIC Federal Circuit Court Judge Harland

Hi everyone,

I have an upcoming hearing in the Federal Circuit Court, it will be the second court hearing for parenting orders; the first hearing was heard in the Family Court but has now been transferred to the FCC. The judge presiding is Judge Harland - anyone had experience with this Judge and are able to give some insight into the way they see things/rule?

That's probably not an appropriate question for this type of forum.
1. People who have appeared before any particular judge are likely to have a biased opinion based on the outcome of their case, and
2. The many lawyers who are members of this forum probably shouldn't provide opinions relating to individuals, and may even be prohibited from doing so.

If there is a particular issue and you want to know what the possible outcomes may be, then you should rephrase your question so that it relates to that particular issue and not an individual person.
