My friend J is in the process of representing himself in a custody of children battle for his four children. The family court case is resuming soon.

J wants to know, does he have to re-subpoena the children's psychologist and others who gave evidence last year.

Does J make submissions to the family court on the day of the continuation of the hearing, or does he have to subpoena them now?

Thank you

Hi

I just saw this from March and was wondering, how did your friend J go self representing?
