Hi,
I bought a car from a private seller about a week ago. The car was advertised on the website 121,518km (I have a screenshot of the websote as proof) but I later learned that the odometer had been changed from km to miles. Once I changed the odometer back, it was over 196,000.
The car was also sold with dodgy transmission with broke a week later. He also had informed me about this, which would've changed if I had bought the car or not.
I've tried contacting the seller but he's not answering the phone and he'said ignoring my text. Just wondering if there is anything I can do about this under Australian Consumer Law.
Thanks
