NSW ex has a car thats financed in my name.

hello, my ex has a car that is financed in my name and i am still currently paying for. the car is registered in her name though but she is refusing to either 1; pay me out for whats owing on the car. 2; pay the monthly payments 3; giv8ng me the car back.

how do i obtain this car back?

there is currently no court orders in place at all .

4) Any other joint assets?
5) Why was it registered in her name?
6) Is the loan secured by the vehicle?
