Hi- In Vic and advised Probate not required to settle minimal bank accounts and furniture, no real estate. I am executor and equal share beneficiary. Death occurred in July and was told can distribute the minimal estate when ready now.
Minimal Furniture is held at a property, which I cannot obtain access now, and intend to advise other beneficiary to obtain the property via the other person. I have no interest in any of it, but the sooner the better due to being held by other person. Wish to clear this initial furniture distribution asap, before sole bank account, which will take longer awaiting companies delays.
Do I have to await a time frame for initial distribution of furniture, or not?
Upon advising via letter ,the other beneficiary who already is aware verbally, do I have to supply a copy of the Will at the time or can I await their request to supply a copy?
Is it required to advertise prior "a notice of intent to distribute", to protect myself against if there maybe a dispute with a beneficiary, and protect myself as executor?
Thanks

4 executors for a statutory small estate?
Really?

You are clear on the difference between and executor and a beneficiary, yes?

That being the case, consider this as your next move.
You'll need to actually be appointed before you (indeed, anyone) can do anything.
