As a beneficiary of my grandmother’s will am I entitled to see records of bank accounts, investments etc from the deceased estate?
My grandmother was in a nursing home for the past 12 months and suffered early stages of dementia, during which time her will was changed and significant amounts of money were withdrawn from her bank account by the executor of the will. To date the executor has not shown me the will but has informed me that I am a beneficiary.
