Hi,

Can someone help me?

I been working for a medium size business (approx 20 staffs) for approx 2 years now. During this time, the employer did not give me a contract of employment.

I been working on average of about 35 hours per week for the last 2 years.

Just 2 weeks a ago, I approach the employer about my work rights as a part time employee, since this happened, the employer starting to axe my regular hours to approx 20 hours.

Is the employer allowed to cut my regular hours without my consent because I do not have a contract?

Can I argue that the hours I been working for the last two years constitued my regular hours?

Thank you

Rod

Quite likely.
