Is it legal for a manager or boss to have a sexual relationship with an employee? It is still secret from anyone but myself at the moment, but it's leading to much discrimination. The constant favouring of this employee sleeping with the boss is becoming infuriating.

Can anyone give me some help on what to do and or what the employment law or rules are around this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Yes. Favouring of this employee is not illegal either.

What may not be legal is the type of treatment meted out to other staff. And this boss opens themselves up to a sexual discrimination case if the employee ever becomes unhappy with the boss. Not good business sense, but at the moment doesn't sound like anything illegal.

So basically I need to leave and get a new job. Or discuss it with a higher up to see if we can get the boss fired, or I blackmail them. I know they don't want it getting out. I just want to be treated fairly.

All 3 options are available to you.

Middle one, but not to get boss fired, but to ensure you are not poorly treated seems best.
