NSW Employment Law - Acceptance of Job Offer After Accepting a Previous Offer?

Dear All,

I am new in Australia. I have recently got a job offer. I immediately accepted the job offer as it was my first job. But after a couple of days, I got another job offer which I accepted as it was very lucrative. But my first organization is threatening me with legal issues.

Please let me know what are my rights under Employment Law are in this scenario. I completely understand it was morally incorrect but was it legally also incorrect?
