VIC Employment Contract - Sell Shares Only After I Leave Company?

Hi,

As part of my salary, I receive every few months shares (the company I work for is traded in the ASX). I am a bit short of money, and was wondering if legally I am allowed to sell my stocks whenever I want or have to wait until I leave the company?

There is no restriction in my employment contract.

If you are not privy to confidential information that can affect the share price you can sell shares at any time. Directors and certain key executives may only be able to sell shares between set dates.
