QLD Drugs Found in Car - Will I Go to Jail?

My car was pulled over and detained for search, upon which they found drugs - 3grams of dope, an undisposed syearinge, 23 pills which to my knowledge were codral cold and flu a glass pipe and scales which I took ownership of as it was in my car.

I was not the driver at the time. This is my first offense in over ten years and my criminal record is clean. I want to know if I will go to jail for these charges under Criminal Law. That's all I need to know.

Sentencing is a complex process in which "how long since last time" is only one factor.
