Respected sir,
I am a chartered accountant in India. I want legal help as my client is female and received an Australian Citizenship 2 years ago. Her husband has started Dominos Pizza Food Stall with 2 partners last year, but her husband died due to an accident.
She is going to have a baby and she doesn't know the ins and outs of the business. 6 months after the death of her husband, she had, in writing, informed the partners regarding her wish to keep her away and discontinue from partnership.
Now is she liable for anything that goes wrong in the business? Or what does she have to do to keep herself away from the business under Commercial Law to avoid responsibility?
