Husband was very remorseful and behaved himself always except for that one day where he verbally abused me and I lost my temper and while we shouted at each other police came to our door. My husband has an ADVO on him by the police to protect me now even though I did not want them to give him an advo. Court hearing is pending after a few days. Im still on a partner visa 820. Will this affect my visa processing?

I did not want to do the advo on him but the police did it on him to protect me, how can I withdraw it? Can I have my say in the court hearing?

Please advise

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It must be very stressful for you. Regarding your visa, it's best to seek advice from a migration agent or lawyer who specializes in partner visas. They can provide you with the most accurate information based on your specific circumstances. As for withdrawing the ADVO, you can speak to the police or seek legal advice on the process for doing so.
