A will has been written up some years ago that made provision for a sum of money to be paid to each grandchild without specifically naming them. At the time of making the will there were only grandchildren but now there are great grandchildren.
As executor of will and of the estate, I am wondering if the great grandchildren are also beneficiaries of the will? I do note that the Macquarie Dictionary quotes: "grand-child - a child of one's son or daughter"
This to me would eliminate great grandchildren?
Many thanks
