My friend has been seperated from her ex for a few month now..after a few years together
They settled on him getting a few thousand and he also took some furniture upon leaving...as they were living in her house .
While together she paid the house while they split the bills.

He has been stalking her now and has been court on her home security cameras entering her backyard and trying to open the back door while she is at work.

She has also court him early in the morning before she left for work sneaking around her property.

He is described as a dirty john.
Very manipulative.

She has blocked all contact to him but he has been driving around her house and waiting down the street even though he doesnt live near her or have any reason to be in that area.
If she got a restraining order and they settled on an amount of cash to be paid to him upon seperation can he still try and get her house?

Regardless of a property split, once a FVIO is in place banning him from the residence he is not allowed on the property.

Based on your post your friend should apply for an intervention order.

Also, once he no longer resides at the property, if he has been told to keep off the property then he is a trespasser if he comes back onto the property. Gets a little trickier if he still has personal possessions on the property.
