My relationship was 17 years defacto, my ex is selling house , in his name and he paid mortgage. I paid bills and kept house running and cleaned and cooked everyday. Supported him when he came out gay but he doesn't want to offer me any % of house sale. Should I walk away with his small cash and super offer??

No. Go him for what's due to you.
But you'll need a lawyer to help you.

Yep I have a lawyer who helped me with offer but he's refused the offer. Seeing lawyer tomorrow. Lawyer said if I went to court I probably wouldn't get much more unless the wind was blowing in my direction
