My grandmother passed away last year without a will. My grandfather passed away 20+ years ago. My grandmother had two daughters being my aunty and my mother, my mother is deceased.
My aunty has a solicitor and she has been granted Letters Of Administration and is currently changing the land/house title from my grandmothers name into her name so that she can arrange to sell the property.
Will part of the estate go to my sister and I as my aunty is vague when we have asked her if we will receive anything from the sale of the house? I'm not sure if my sister and I need our own solicitor?
