I have $107,000 owing from Niche Education Group Pty Ltd. The invoices accumulated over a period of time. Some were paid, and the others totalling the amount failed to be paid. These invoices are for providing third-party training to their students in Qld.
100% shareholding of that business was sold in early 2024, Niche Education Group Pty Ltd, which Armitage Associates purchased. I have been dealing with the new CEO. I have been avidly chasing this debt and have promises of "they are reviewing, they have their accounts team reviewing, etc etc" I have been very reasonable to this point. I have exhausted every personal avenue, I am now at a point where I need to bring in authority. It has been over seven months since I have been pushing the new CEO to request payment of invoices and offering to work with them to no avail.
Another important note here is that I am going through Due Diligence to sell my own company, with an estimated finalisation date of 20 May 2025.
I need advice and possible engagement on a quick and forceful method to settle this asap.
I look forward to responses Thanks.
