I was the stay-at-home and have been served with an Intervention Order and it covered my ex and the children, which is vindictive and completely false. I have multiple pieces of evidence to disprove her claims. Unfortunately, my children have been isolated and alienated from me and are getting bought and manipulated.
In the recent events after Intervention Order, I was tracked on my iPhone (trying to breach my orders). My ex submitted evidence to police in which I was not charged and I have asked them to further investigate as it is illegal and a criminal offence (besides the prints out's clearly altered). She was also caught, witnessed and photographed stalking me inside a specific location and has financially cut me off.
The courts said that the children could contact me if they want. "Sure" their phones were changed and my family and I were disconnected from social media from them and my phone was also disconnected and the list goes on and on.
I want to a Cross Intervention Order on her based on the stalking, tracking and emotional abuse (financial, parental alienation). Will it hold up?
