Hi, Can I cross appeal 7 (sorry not 14 like in title!) days after an Amended Notice of Appeal if I did not cross appeal originally when original Notice of Appeal was filed. Rule 22.09 talks about it but unclear if you already had have to file a cross appeal on initial NOA.
