I have been working as a casual for 6 years with the same shifts and same days .
I have now been taken out of the shifts as they don't want to pay a casual .
I am no longer allowed to attend compulsory meetings as they don't want to pay a casual for that either.
Last year they offered me permanent part time but with only two hours a week guaranteed work which is basically casual anyway.
Would this be classed as bullying or constructive dismissal
