Hi,

Is it legal to publish prices of health services without the businesses' permission under commercial law?

As long as you don't infringe copyright by republishing their actual pricing list or publish false or misleading information about the business then I don't know of any other law that would prevent you from doing that.

Thanks Victoria.

How does publishing their prices differ from their actual pricing list?

Copyright covers reproducing something in its material form - the actual text of something - so its the actual wording as it appears as opposed to the idea or information contained in it. Does that make sense?
