My employment contract is on a casual basis. I work doing bar, waitressing & gaming.
Monday to Friday - $18
After 11pm - $20
Saturday & Sunday - $22
If I worked from 6pm Friday evening until 2am how would you have to pay me?
I put the 2 hours I worked in the early hours of Saturday morning on my time sheet as Saturday hours but my employer says I started the shift on the Friday so shouldn't put those hours in Saturday part of my time sheet.
Where do I stand on this?
