I was parked in the main Rd of the car park reversing I had my car just about straight when me and another driver collided. I never seen her in my camera or mirrors she was approaching from one of the side streets of the car park turning into mine I was just about to go into drive when we collided the damage to my car is the rear side on drivers hers was the front corner passenger side. If I’m on the main Rd of the car park do I have right of way as she is not on my Rd at all and I’m already in the process of reversing out

Not if you're reversing ..... If a collision involves a reversing vehicle, it's almost 100% deemed to be the reversing driver who is at fault every time.
