I purchased my car new in 2022, but it started experiencing an issue in early 2023. The problem is a noise coming from the back of the car that occurs after it has cooled down and is driven again. I brought the car to the dealership, they inspected it, and I was told it was fixed. Unfortunately, the issue resurfaced, and since then, my car has been back to the dealership 9 times for the same problem. I've already scheduled the 10th appointment.
Throughout these visits, the dealership often has provided a replacement car while mine is being worked on. However, my car will soon be out of warranty, and I’m concerned about facing the same issue once the warranty expires. The process is becoming increasingly tedious, and I don’t want to keep dealing with the same problem after spending so much time and effort trying to get it fixed.
What are my options at this point?
